Hove Surveying were pleased to provide pre-contract cost control services for this project located in Peckham High Street, Peckham.

The proposed works involve the refurbishment of the existing shop floor including provision of new wood shop front, sash windows and bespoke cast balustrade to satisfy planning conditions as the property fell under heritage restraints.

We client also wishes to build 2 maisonette properties to the front of the site and a separate 3 storey home to the rear.
