Slim Chickens – Crawley, West Sussex

This project involved the fit-out of a newly formed shell at Crawley’s leisure park to create a new Slim Chickens restaurant.

Hove Surveying undertook the initial tendering on this project, following successful award to main contractor AJPC we were then involved with post commencement value engineering (VE) and cost control through the duration of the contract including final account negotiations.

This 9 week challenging contract involved co-ordinating with several client directly appointed specialist contractors to ensure the project was successfully completed on-time and within budget.
