Wendys – Guildford
Hove Surveying were involved in the refurbishment of a former Mothercare Department Store in Guildford to form a new Wendys Restaurant.
The works involved substantial strip-out and remodelling of the area over two floors.
Our activities included the undertaking of initial pre-commencement cost planning, value engineering (VE) and cost control throughout the duration of the contract including final account negotiations.
This 9 week challenging contract involved co-ordinating with several client directly appointed specialist contractors to ensure the project was successfully completed on-time and within budget.
