In almost all projects variations will come about, wether that is due to omission of work, increased scope of work, or unexpected conditions when opening up elements of the building’s fabric. 

We will look to ensure that all variations to a contract are captured and valued at the earliest opportunity to ensure you are in funds with a reasonable period of time and not left till the end of a project.

We will look to ensure that all variations captured are valued in-line with the particular conditions of that contract and where applicable the contract period is adjusted to accommodate this changes to the project.
